Lousiest Restaurant

Went for seafood last night with my friends. Punggol Marina Country Club Tian Jin Hai Seafood.
I tell you, it was the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

- The uncle taking orders totally have no knowledge on what they have.

- Out of 3 orders, min 1 is sold out. (Including Coke.)

- "Famous" Chilli Crab was a disappointment. The pincer's end wasn't cooked properly, it came out RAW!!
- Prawn Paste Chicken was bloody. (Inside wasn't cooked properly.)

- A plate of french beans cost $15!!

- Rice was disgustingly sticky. (Nua Nua...)

- After we complain about the crab, they merely took it back and cook it again, giving us back the remaining. (I rather not take it.)

- Excuse they gave for uncooked crab: "Because its too big..." (WTF!?!? Your famous chilli crab you cook so many times liao...How is that going to be a problem cooking the crab?? Talk about proficiency...)

- Ask for discount for all the bad services, the only discount they gave is because I was using the DBS card.

- Cereal prawns have very little cereals and the prawns wasn't fresh.

- Total Failure!!

I heard when they were at their previous location in Jackson Kopitiam, was quite famous. But now, its such a disappointment. How is it that they can survive after such bad service?? $15 for a plate of vegetable...I guess its not that hard huh...
